Plan Administrator:

Benefit Associates, Inc. is looking for a plan administrator with 5 or more years of administrative experience with Defined Contribution Plans, including 401(k)s, and some Defined Benefit Plans The ideal candidate will have experience in full plan administration, including:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Completing annual trust accounting and plan valuations

  • Tracking loan administration

  • Preparing plan distributions

  • Performing ADP/ACP testing

  • Preparing Forms 5500

  • Experience with unbundled record keepers such as: Principal, John Hancock, American Funds,Mass Mutual, Voya

Required:

  • 5 years of administrative experience

  • Professional designations (ASPPA, NIPA) a plus

Assistant Plan Administrator:

Benefit Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an individual well versed in assisting Plan Administrators with tasks such as distributions, loans, trust accounting and census reconciliation. The individual will work primarily with balance forward plans. The position will have direct contact with clients.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 1-2 years of administration experience

  • Expertise and comfort communicating directly with clients

  • Working knowledge of ASC administration system a plus
